"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "I meant to write this review a while ago, but I wanted to make sure I did since the work was exceptional. I had hired another contractor to remodel one of my bathrooms, but like the stories that many people have experienced, that contractor did not end up finishing the job. Laz came in, was professional and was always on time. He provided me a fair quote and got the job done. He always came by to check on the workers, made sure things were being done right, inspected the work closely and if something wasn't right, he pointed it out and made sure it was corrected. Even as the work went on, I had some other things I needed to have done in the house, some siding replaced, staining the front door. Everything came out great, and the bathroom was finished and is amazing. I would absolutely use Ebanks again, since when you do find someone reliable and the work is good, you don't need to continue to search."
