"We have had NovaExteriors replace all our gutters, windows, sliding doors and front door over the last several years from the contractor grade products that the town house was built with. We have been very pleased with everything. They installed our steel front door about 10 years ago and we started to have issues with the deadbolt not aligning with the door jam and the rubber sweep wearing out over time. "i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get. And i did!"

"The people from this company were on-time, professional and pleasant to deal with. They came to give an estimate on the same day I called them. The estimate they gave was for 5 windows which had to be ordered. The windows were available within the 2 weeks they promised and the install date was set for a fews days after. On install day it became obvious that we had had a mis-communication on what a and quot;windowand quot; is. To me, one window included both the top and bottom panel in the window frame. However, they counted each panel as a separate window - so I really needed 10 panels and they had only ordered 5. Immediately they offered to order and install the 5 additional panels I needed at a 20% discount. I accepted the offer, they ordered the windows, and they were installed approximately 2 weeks later.
All in all, even though I had to go through the process twice, I came out ahead because of the 20% discount on the second part of the order.
