Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my future projects."

"I initially had my garage door serviced by Overhead Door, but I wasn’t satisfied with the service. So, I called Precision Garage Door Service. They were running a promotion price to service the garage door, so I gave them a try. Joe showed up to service my door promptly at the time he said I could expect him. He did a great job, and he answered any questions I had. I asked him about replacing the rubber seal around my door. He quoted a price and came out the following week to do the work. He said that I didn’t have to be at the house when he did the job, and he would email my invoice. After he finished the job, I could see him on my cameras as he backed his truck down my driveway. Unfortunately, his truck ran over my grass. I’m not sure what it is with my driveway, but this is not the first time this has happened. It was also raining, I’m not sure if that was a contributing factor. In a word Joe showed real integrity. He initially tried to put the grass back together but when that didn’t work, he informed me of what happened. He apologized multiple times and said he would make things right. He told me to get an estimate to fix the grass and he would pay for it. Before I could even get the estimate, the manager Mike West called me and apologized for what happened. He stressed that they wanted to make things right and reiterated that they would pay for the replacement of the grass. I got the estimate and had the work done, but before they paid the landscaper, they made sure that I was completely satisfied. This was amazing customer service. Accidents happen but not everyone takes responsibility when they do. They really wanted to make things right and that’s exactly what they did. They did excellent work on my garage door, answered every question I had (which made me an informed consumer), but most importantly they treated me with respect and did everything possible to make me a satisfied customer. It goes without saying that I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again. I have already recommended them to friends and family."

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. "They were contracted to replace our shutters and paint the exterior of our home. It took them 3 months just to paint the exterior! There were messes made of our yard and they took down two trees. Our drive was pavement was cracked in multiple places. They constantly left our hose water on and broke our front water faucet. He took 1/2 the cost (0ver &5000) to order the shutters but then he never ordered them or refunded our money. Yes the job was eventually finished (sans shutters) but it was a very tedious and disruptive process."

"Excellent work. Pergola is beautiful and very sturdy (drilled into concrete patio). Thor and his crew are professional and thorough. They really care about their work and are a pleasure to work with. The evening after they applied the stain, it started to rain. Thor came back and covered the Pergola with a tarp to give the stain longer to set."

"Jose and his wife, Sandra, (J&S) were very kind and easy to work with! They were accurate on their material list (very little waste) and fair in their prices! They brought several workers with them the first today of the drywall install and they worked steadily until all was hung that day. (A full garage ceiling and walls and upstairs garage apartment drywall for certain requested ceiling areas.). After that Jose spent several days with a helper getting all the taping, mudding and sanding done; then finished with priming upstairs as requested and priming and painting downstairs.
