"Luke Smith (owner) did a great job, the deck came out wonderful, exactly what I wanted, very accommodating and helpful."

"Excellent job: from timely call back and initial planning to the prep and build and finished project. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the job site every day. Price was reasonable with no “surprises”. Great experience and plan on hiring again for our next project ."

"The team at Cinderella performed a top notch job.  They were extremely responsive with customer service. They repaired years of poor stain jobs and brought the two decks back to life.  They look practically brand new.   Well worth the cost of the work.

"We were given the names of four men to either repair or replace our cellar door by neighborhood people. We left messages with each, some a few times and never received a call back. So I decided to try HomeAdvisor. No sooner than I put the request thru that Milo Campbell called us. He was ok with the appointment time that I chose on the website. When he showed up he was friendly and we felt that he was a really nice guy. He checked our cellar door and agreed that he could repair the doors easily and at a great price. In fact he began fixing it while we were talking. He went to Curtis Lumber to get a few parts and came back and completed the job. We were so impressed with his honesty that we asked about another job which we are considering in the near future. And, I recommended him to our daughter."

"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. Vista was fastidious in their care for my home and lawn, not one speck of debris was left behind. Vista, the installation crew, company representatives, everyone, exceeded our expectations. Vista stands behind their work and products. If you wish to relax after a major home improvement project knowing the job was done correctly, you will want to consider Vista. Dan & Kim Belchertown"

"I had a door hung and some plastering work done.  The door install was great, the rest looks like a mess and will need to be done again/finished.

"Tom Newman and his crew did an excellent job! They worked tirelessly to complete the demo on time. Their work was professional, as was the clean-up. I'm so pleased with the crew's skills that I'm recommending North Star to my contractor for additional demo and framing projects."
