My name is Cortney Deel, and construction has been a part of my life since day one. Raised in a family where both my parents ran successful construction companies, I learned from an early age that there’s nothing a skilled hand and a bit of passion can’t fix or rebuild.\n\nI specialize in restoration and general remodeling, and there’s truly nothing I enjoy more than watching a project come together—transforming spaces into something beautiful and functional. Currently, I’m a production supervisor at a manufacturing facility, but my heart is in construction, and I’m excited to offer my expertise on the side to bring your home improvement ideas to life.\n\nWhether you need a simple fix, a full restoration, or a complete remodel, I’m confident that I can help recreate the space you’ve been dreaming of. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime for a consultation or to discuss how I can assist with your next project.\n\nLooking forward to working with you.\n\n

"Vendor contacted us very quickly and requested some basic information like door dimensions and photo. A quote was given online. Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. We have already recommended the vendor to friends."

"Window purchased and installed is functioning as expected and has resolved the leak issue with the existing window. Installers identified cracked frame as the source of the leak and rotten 2x4 underneath. Only 2 complaints with installation - both of which were responded to promptly and satisfactorily. One was use of a shop vac that did not have the filter properly installed resulting in dust blown in house. They cleaned this up. The other was a water test on the window and still wet caulking. A follow up re-caulk and clean-up visit was performed satisfactorily."

"Called the Neighborhood Garage Door Service of Houston on 12/7/2015 in the morning around 9am and they advised that a tech was close by and would be at the home within an hour.  Dillon arrived and looked over the springs that went out and advised it would take 30mins to 1hr.  The springs were replacement within 30mins and Dillon took extra time to how to properly maintain the garage door with what kind of product and recommended to replace the rolls to reduce the noise when opening and closing the garage door.
Thank you Dillon and Brandon for your assistance in replacing my garage door springs.

There are professionals and there are real professionals....

These guys are good, fair and prompt, with excellent communication skills.

I tried to install the shower door myself and save some money but just could not get the darn thing to work right.

They did it in minutes and it is fantastic.

"We called to request Lone Star Solar Screens to come out and give us an estimate for screens for our whole home.  They were able to come out the next day to give us an estimate.  We called another provider we found on Angie's list but due to the many storms in our area the provider told us he "might" be able to come give an estimate the following week.

Robert with Lone Star provided us an estimate broken down with prices for screens with the decorative grids and also without the grids.  He also offered to break the bid down showing the cost for only the front of the house and then back of the house in case we wanted to have the job done in phases.

The bid was very competitive and the screens also come with a life time warranty.

Once we placed our order for the screens, we were told it would take 7 to 10 days for screens to be made then we would be called to set up installation date.  To our surprise we had our screens installed in less than a week for ordering them.  They look great, are easy to see through and make a big difference in the temperature of our den which faces west and one whole wall is windows.

We would definitely recommend them."
