"Look no further! Century Chimney saves the day, Tyler and Zach arrived on time and kept my house as clean as it was before they got here. They used a camera to inspect the inside of the liner, which no other sweep had done before. They found exposed wood that was charred, and an approximately 6" hole in the middle of the system! I had been using this fireplace for several years before I met the guys from Century!! My last sweep didn't find any of these issues. Tyler and Zach just may have saved our lives. "Overall, we are satisfied with the product and services rendered. We picked Bob because of his price and professionalism. Our roof is pretty complex and we had two skylights replaced, so the price was middle of the pack compared to the other quotes we received. Our roof looks great and the crew that came out was very professional and courteous. They worked hard, even though the weather was hitting 90 for most of the week. They also left a few extra shingles in case a storm causes damage, which I appreciate. At the end of the job, we did have to prompt the crew to do a second check for nails and staples because we saw some still lying around. Also, one of their cars left rust marks on our driveway, but they should wash out in the rain. I gave Bob a B in responsiveness because there were a couple times that he didn't get back to me quickly (via text or phone call). Everything worked out, but I would have liked to have my phone call returned the same day. I am giving a B for Punctuality because the job took 4 1/2 days rather than the estimated three. A few different companies said they could do the job in two days. The last (half) day was due to a supply shortage, a minor oversight that added more time to a job that we hoped would be done sooner."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
