They explained all aspects of the work, answered all my questions, and were on time and completed the job to my satisfaction 100%. The job involved removing the carpeting in the master bedroom, center stair case, and second floor hallway. A solid wood 2-1/4" hardwood was installed to perfection. The hardwood was installed on the steps of the staircase. It is so beautiful, I cancelled the carpet runner installation, and am leaving the staircase boast its beauty created by Floor Essence! There is more that will come because Floor Essence will be replacing my existing master bathroom shower with a tiled, walk in shower. Can't wait to see its transformation!
