The damage to the old patio enclosure occurred during several huge snow storms experienced in 2009 in this part of the country. "Greg and his crew completed my two beautiful sunrooms in a timely fashion. There was some unforeseen structural issue that came up and Greg handled it very fairly. He is one of the most honest people out there, and he will do whatever it takes to get the job done. His crew faced extreme weather conditions and a difficult build site (very tight hillside lot) and still managed to finish two beautiful sunrooms in a reasonable time. The resultant structure is an engineering marvel that overlooks the scenic Rocky River Yacht Club Basin. The architectural lines blend perfectly with the curved eave sunrooms. "The contractor was very professional, had pictures of work on his iPad and he's just really honest. I live on a really old property that has old pathways and concrete. They can do concrete patios but as far as the labor and experience required for doing the walkways and stairs that I need, he just doesn't have the equipment to do that. He said he can do the patio and the pergola, but he just basically doesn't do that kind of work that often. Although he cannot do the type of work that I need, he was great."

The things that has always stood out is their high level of integrity and service after the sale. If there is ever a problem they will work to get resolution. They have never suggested replacement of something if the service wasn't needed. We have gone back to them for smaller projects over the years which they were just as happy to do as the larger ones. I have mostly worked with with Bob Dutton over the years who has always been very responsive and easy to work with. Although they use contractors for services performed, the work has always been done to a high standard, and I have never had to go back and clean up afterward."
