"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean."

They suggested a different configuration of the large window that would allow better airflow and view to the garden. I could not be happier. They also replaced a bathroom window. "I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. When I posted the request on Angi, Eugene from Honeycomb Construction called me within a minute after posting (Wow!). I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. Eugene was able to meet my familyâ s needs to get this room ready within one week. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! Eugene does great work, heâ s really responsive and communicative throughout the process, heâ s really professional, and he is very kind. "Job did not go well. The two guys were very courteous, but not experience with house siding. The chimney was clad in same siding as house horizontal 6 inch cedar. They didnt put the new siding on level or even uniform spacing. Left gaps in the structure that would have caused water damage. The owner refunded part of our money.
