"This was a very pleasant experience.  Leslie was our very first contact with the company.  We called on a Friday afternoon after stopping by the office and seeing it was closed.  She drove from home to meet us at the office to show us their products and answer our questions.  There was never a time she did not answer an email or return a phone call promptly.  She was absolutely fantastic to work with.  We were indecisive about color and it took us about a month to decide on what we wanted.  Communication was spot on during the entire process.   
We finally ordered and if I recall correctly, they were installed in about 2 to 3 weeks.  We had some trepidation because all of our windows have wood millwork on the interior and we did not want it disturbed.  They assured us their installers could accommodate that and leave the millwork intact.  They did, and it looks great.  We were so relieved!  The other two companies we got bids from told us they would have to take off all the millwork, install the windows, and then cut the millwork to fit.  What a mess that would make.  So we had minimal disruption.  The men showed up early--usually about 7:30 or 8:00 a.m.--and worked hard until mid to late afternoon.  There were 2 installers and it took 2-1/2 days to install the windows, doors, and skylights.  We had them replace siding around the bay window (which took an extra day to get the right siding) and they did a great job on that also.  The only glitch was the 2 patio doors were to be keyed-alike and they were different.  I called Leslie, she called the owner, and he and his business partner both showed up with new locks and keys and fixed it on the spot--that same day. 
If you are looking for a company that listens to you as well as gives input, and has integrity--this is the one!  You will not be disappointed.  The fact that Leslie brought homemade cookies and daffodils (my favorite spring flower) did absolutely nothing to sway this review.  :)
We are now 3 months out from the install.  The windows and doors all work great.  We have noticed that the house does not warm up as much as it did before through the glass and the outdoor sound has been reduced considerably.  We are thrilled with our choice of Milgard Tuscany.  We like to support local businesses whenever possible.  Both Milgard and Puget Sound Window & Door were the right choice for us.

"Adrian and his crew did a great job regrouting the floor, shower floor and shower walls of our bathroom. They also installed a gorgeous mosaic backsplash in both our kitchen and bathroom. They showed up on time, worked hard and got this large amount of work done in 3 days. We needed a little touch up done in a couple spots after the job was completed and Adrian came out and took care of it. They were also reasonably priced. Very happy with the work and highly recommend them!"
