.Job started 3 days late due to delays on a previous job.

Crew arrived on time Monday, 6/29 and installed braces under the foundation on the front, north side of the house and front south side.  re-leveled foundation which had settled slightly over the years.  This was done manually.

Crews also installed pop up drains and conduit to allow water to flow away from the house as it was accumulating in the crawl space, causing some issues.  This was done on all sides of the house and interconnected all of our downspouts.

Finally, underneath the house, crews installed braces to better support interior walls and stabilize the floor, which was flexing somewhat.  While in code, it was annoying and this was taken care of as well as re-leveling the floor in the kitchen and dining areas.  They also installed fresh vapor barrier plastic in the entire crawlspace

This work took one day longer than scheduled, however, despite some additional purchases, there was not additional cost to us.  I am very pleased with the work performed under extreme heat conditions.  I would use Matvey again.

Before they filled up with water Luke(the owner of the company) he check all the bolts, nuts, couplings, and all brass fittings to make sure everythings are tight. Akso he uses spray bottle with water mixed with dish soap to check if natural gas is leaking. That tells me that this guys knows what they’re doing. Luke even help me to registered for my warranty. "A small project to install about 10 feet French drain along the foundation to divert rain water. It went well. Joe came out for quick estimate and recommended to have service department handle the project. Scheduling is easy. There was a mix-up on what needs to be done, but they made it up with free drain clean and inspection. The work was complete quickly and professionally. Definitely hire them again if needed."

"Fantastic. The majority of work was done in 3 days. Unbelievable!!! The plumbing under the house was a really tight squeeze and it was done to perfection. He had to come back twice for the dishwasher because the door wouldn't close. It turned out to be a manufacturer's defect and had nothing to do with him. Great customer service.
When I bought the house, a plumbing nightmare was discovered. Mismatched pipes under the house  with a heat lamp (surprise!) Of course there was no indication of possible plumbing problems from the prior owner. If we hadn't inspected under the house, we would have had a nightmare in the winter. The shower plumbing sprayed water out the backside into a closet. The washer hook up did not have appropriate venting and the dryer vent went into the floor and under the house through nothing but a tinfoil dryer vent. The barn pipes leaked and one had burst during the period of time the house was empty.
I had 3 bids on this job. One was $10,000 with caveats about possible extra charges. One was $6500 with caveats about extra charges. JM Plumbing said both those bids were too high and he would be more than happy to do it for $6200.
