"My technician arrived at 9:00 am and did not leave my home until 6:00 pm. He installed a new water heater, removed my old water heater and fixed a hot water leak under my home. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! After the work was complete he performed a complete clean up of his work area. I will need some electrical work done in the future and HARTS will also be doing that work. They are professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable on the work they perform. THEY HAVE MADE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE."

"The need for a footing drain was a surprise to me during my basement remodel due to water leaking in through the blocks. Raman and his team got me on the schedule fairly quickly, did a great job. They also set up new plumbing for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in the basement, and removed my old water heater and installed a tankless water heater. Any issues that came up, they were very quick to resolve (including an old copper pipe that they didn't install which welding came loose, and they were there same day to fix.) great honest service, reliable service. "Luke was absolutely amazing. We had two leaks and he had a crew come in and open up the walls professionally, found the leak in one and fixed it and found the other leak but we determined it was better to replace our bathtub completely as it was an old jetted tub that didn’t work. His crew did amazing work and he answered all of my calls when I called with questions and never left me hanging trying to find parts and a tub that would work in our space. He even helped with picking out tile as our situation was difficult to match tile that was already there. We were so happy we have recommend him to a neighbor who used him and loved him and a friend who used him and loved him. We will use his company for any future plumbing or remodeling needs! He also helped diagnose a faulty hot water heater and replace it for us at the same time and the electrician he uses will soon do some other work for us as he was top notch as well!"
