"My AC stopped working last November, and since then i had 4 contractors i called to fix it, i was turned down by everyone. i called Tyndall and peter came out and talked about it with me, actually troubleshot it, and 2 days later had parts and fixed it. i would give them 6 stars if i could. im so glad to have my ac running again. my recommendation, if you want something done, call Tyndall, because the rest of the contractors seem to just say its not fixable and leave without even looking at it. these guys were the first people that listened, then looked at the unit before declining service, and then actually fixed it. 10/10 great job and thank you."

They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Josh, the son of the original Jim, was on the job working with the other two installers. They performed above my expectations. They left my home and yard as clean as if they had never been there. The new furnace is wonderful and is already saving me money on my P.G. & E. bill. I would recommend Jim's Air Systems unconditionally to anyone in need of a new furnace and AC system. This is a family business that has been supplying and installing systems since 1976. They take personal pride in doing an excellent job. "We have had the worst experience with this business installing a Lennox furnace EL 180 Ultra low emissions at our house. The furnace makes a very loud horn and screeching sound when it starts up from the first week after it was installed. After multiple attempts to fix it, their technician was not able to troubleshoot the problem. The latest communication from this company was that the sound is normal as per manufacturer guidelines and they are not willing to replace or repair the furnace. The sound is so loud that it wakes me up every morning when the furnace starts up. No furnace manufacturer will sell a furnace that serves as a loud alarm clock. Please do not hire these guys for any repair or new installs. If the owner / manager is willing to work with us, I can send them the video of the loud sounds. I don?t like writing reviews, but I am doing as a last resort before hiring some other company to repair my brand new furnace!"
