"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

We are a family-owned & operated company in Brentwood, CA. Alvin & Roxanna started the business in 1993 & ran it successfully for 23 years before retiring in July 2016. Their son, Adam now owns the business along with his wife, Nicole who runs the office. Adam worked for his parents for approximately 17 years before taking over. We also have 2 other technicians; Nick & Danny.

"The service was fast and friendly. They kept me informed about who and when to expect the service person. All protocols for covid were followed. Parts were found and installed quicker than expected."

He quoted me a price of $349 for the replacement of a compressor motor and said that he had to order the correct part. The following day he returned with the compressor motor and said that now the control board was also in need of replacement. A part which he just so happened to have with him when he arrived the second day. Rather ironic to say the least. The cost of the parts and service (which took him about a total of 1 hour to complete) was $494. Way too expensive, especially after seeing how much the parts actually cost online."
