"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Did a great job, worked around my travel schedule, gave guick tutorial how to use my new air conditioners. Would recommend Pro Appliance Installation to anyone."

"This was a perfect appliance-purchasing experience. I called them at 2pm on saturday and the new washer was installed by 11am monday. Very efficient, prompt, professional."

"From the start, Tommy had a strong suspicion of what the problem was. It turned out he was right. He was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable about our appliance and offered us good advice for maintaining it going forward. We would gladly use him again for our appliance repair needs."

"This was excellent service. My refrigerator was no longer cooling and items in the freezer were slowly melting. I contacted Junior at 9AM and set an appt for 1:30PM and he was on time! By 3:30PM he had replaced the compressor and everything was perfect with 6mths warranty. He is very communicative and professional and repairs many other types of major appliances (stoves, washer/drier, A/C etc). Highly recommended."

"Bill and his crew did the install seamlessly. I have used East Coast Mechanical in the past for a new boiler installation as well. They keep their appointments, they stand by their work, they return calls in a timely manner and their workmanship was flawless. They removed the air handler from the attic and installed the new one covering the floor and carpet so as not to get anything dirty. When they finished you didn’t even know they were here except for the temperature change. I would without hesitation recommend ECM for any HVAC work you need done."

"Great company. Helped us with two major issues we were having. One with a leak in our den baseboard and another with our burner. Even came out on a Sunday and didn t charge any extra. Honest guy and very hardworking. Will work with him again in the future."
