"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding experience with Island Pipes, I highly recommend Andre, the owner, and his team to anyone in Massapequa, Suffolk County, Nassau County, or anywhere on Long Island looking for a reliable, professional plumber. This was not an easy job, but Andre went above and beyond from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and extremely detail-oriented. He clearly explained the process, set expectations, and delivered results that exceeded what I hoped for. The work included cutting tile, removing an old 3-handle shower body, and installing a modern single-handle shower body with new trim. He also installed a remodel plate and was ready to open the wall behind the shower if needed. Everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and with great precision. Andre and his team were professional, respectful, and truly skilled. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’ll be recommending them to all my family and friends."

"Mr Bell will explain everything in detail. I'm very satisfied with the Replacement Furnace done quickly and efficiently area clean. By qualified staff."

"I was on the fence in replacing my water heater. I decided to get some quotes from plumbers. I came across Reliable Plumbing. I read their customer reviews, which were highly favorable. Then I spoke to Jerry. Which was like talking to an old friend. Jerry's honesty and professionalism won me over. Paul the plumber came 2 days later, did a great job. Paul was professional. Pollite and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy with the price, the service and the honesty. I will be using Reliable Plumbing going forward"

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"Jim was amazing... he got back to me right away ... He came and installed a new hot water heater the next day. Came in cheaper than a lot of local people and did a great job"

"I?ve hired Adan and his team multiple times for my rental properties, and they?ve consistently delivered top-notch service. They are true professionals who know exactly what they?re doing?something that sadly can?t be said for many other so-called licensed plumbers out there. While others charge outrageous rates for even the simplest jobs, Adan offers fair pricing without cutting corners. It?s a relief to have a reliable, skilled team I can trust on Long Island. Highly recommended!"
