When I had a question, he came right out; it wound up being nothing. I called a few months later, when water was pouring over one corner of a gutter. Mr. Fineman, within 24 hrs, said he'd send his crew that afternoon. He called later, to say that the crew had been held up. He came, himself, the next day. We differed on the cause of the spill over. Even though he was convinced that his crew was not at fault, he initiated a solution. I don't mean that he rescheduled his crew; he did it himself. Right there. Right then. I just don't know what more you could possibly expect. I am very happy with the roofing job, and, certainly, with follow-up customer service. "Danny and his brothers did a great job for me and certainly met my expectations. They are fast and professional and I would recommend them without reservation. I appreciate them taking time to do things like caulking in small cracks in the door facings and they sanded, prepped, used drop cloths, etc. to make sure the job was done right.
