First, he came over, evaluated the roof and gutters, and provided a written estimate and proposed work date. Second, the Force Washing Team arrived and performed the work to specifications. No messing around -- they are pros. They have the ladders, harnesses, cleaning tools, and knowledge. Their Team cleaned up all the roof and gutter leaves and moss; added mesh grates and also took care of issues with seals on roof (old seals from chimneys, etc.). They are very knowledgeable. Kept me updated on the old/new cleaning with images, etc.., and it's clear they know what they're doing on roofs (including repair and installation of new roofing). Strongly recommended. And yes, I have them scheduled for next year. Hey -- if you wait for the rainy season, you'll probably have to get in line. Best to book this work now while they have some openings on their calendar."
