"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"This review is long overdue! This was our first remodel project and Charles made it painless for us. Not only did Charles do an amazing job with our remodel and our beautiful new bathroom, he communicated with me to make sure I knew when he'd be there, and showed up when he said he would. If we ran into something that didn't work, he came up with a solution. This guy worked his butt off and did beautiful work. I'm so glad our first experience with a contractor was with Charles."

Even when issues popped up they were quick to find solutions and implement them. "I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"I bought their contractor for a day at $300.00 which seemed like a deal. The thought was an online video indicated that the project could be done in one day by an inexperienced person. I met with the owner and we agreed that maybe it would take two of his experienced experts An entire day (so $600). We had challenges right in the beginning. There was an electricity outage in the neighborhood that slowed work as they could not use their saws or drills, then the two guys spent a long time arguing about how to do it, then the first four hours were up and one guy left and the other guy diligently stuck around to make up for the time wasted arguing and manually sawing which I appreciated(just to back up a second I had called the owner in the morning to discuss the outage and rescheduling and we had agreed that it would be okay as the equipment had batteries). The manager and I worked out a deal to bring out the one guy for an extra day at the same rate to finish it up and I want to say that I ended up adding one more day but this was two years ago. Nice hard working guy, just slower and less efficient than others I had worked with (in his defense he cost half as much). In the end my under deck roof is okay...it has a lot of spots that leak so my level of satisfaction is not high. In the end I got the work done at $600 (or was it $900?) This was a while back. It took two days I think, maybe three. At the end of the day I paid a C price for C quality work. In retrospect I could have recruited my brother to help me do it but it would have taken us four times as long and I can’t say the quality would have been better. Honestly if I had bid the whole job itself another crew might have charged me $3,000+. So with labor and materials I paid $1,200 maybe $1,500 and it’s adequate. I did appreciate the managers flexibility in extending the special price over additional days and letting the one guy stick around to make up for the bickering and electrical outage."

"The cover and the leaf covers were a perfect fit and of excellent quality. We paid $99 for the complete set--usually a cover like this costs about $400. they are made to match the wood of the table and look great. They came promptly."

I exchanged emails and pictures in advance of my appointment, and got some details about what to expect including the names of both workers. The workers arrived a bit early (so much better than late:-), I showed them what I needed, and one person started the work while I went to the hardware store with the other fellow to purchase the materials needed.

There was one drywall project that I thought would require an expensive repair. Instead, they fixed it easily and I was thrilled. 

They fixed a crooked cabinet in my kitchen that had been driving me crazy.

 They replaced door trim and added baseboard trim to several rooms, including the kitchen. After they left I discovered that they'd actually moved the refrigerator and put trim on that portion of floor too! I didn't even think to request this and was so happy to see it. Clearly, they take their work seriously and wanted to do the best job possible, but this was above and beyond and I'm so happy!

I'd purchased a block of hours at a discount from Angie's list, and they finished my tasks a few minutes early. So they offered to do a few other minor things instead of packing up immediately. Wonderful!

I am so very pleased with this company. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. The work they did for me was simple, but given the level of quality and attention to detail, I'd trust them with something larger without hesitation.

"Terry built us a corner unit to house our tv and electronic components that was in keeping with our craftsman home. His input was welcomed and his attention to detail was great! We knew with the drawings ahead of time what to anticipate and his collaboration was easy and fun! He built us a series of shelves and cupboards that angle underneath our stairs as a first project which was massive but he crafted and installed it seemlessly. He's our go to guy for projects big or small indeed!"

"I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "
