"This was an amazing transformation. Dan is an absolute delight to work with. I am so fortunate to have had him come to my house to go over my project. His crew was very likeable and awesome to work with. Anyone who was at my house on any given day was awesome. "I am selling my home in Westchester NY and during the inspection process, it was discovered that there was mold in my attic. Obviously it needed to be removed at my expense. I initially called another company, one of those national franchise type remediation companies and I absolutely flipped out at their estimate and the scope of work they were proposing. "PERFECTLY! What an easy experience Gandolfo Contracting made this. I am so thrilled EVERY time I walk I to my kitchen. I purchased this service as a BIG DEAL on Angie's list and it was done within a few days. It could not have been easier. Using Angie's list to send messages back and forth was perfect for me! I did speak with Anthony the owner and he was polite and easy to speak to. I picked out what tiles I wanted and sent him the SKU and he picked it all up on the way to my house. They worked with me on my times as only afternoon is available for me to have work done. They arrive on time started right away was finished in a couple of hours and even went beyond and did a few extra touches for me that I had asked about. I will use them again in fact spoke to them before they left about other work I wish to have done. They were easy to deal with and very neat all was clean when they left. I am very happy I did this and happier that I chose Gandolfo construction. It is easy to see why they have an "A" rating!"

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."

"AJ and his entire Babylon Bay Construction team are absolutely amazing at what they do. This is the third project we’ve worked him on, and once again everything went exactly according to the schedule. He said we’d be ready to template in three weeks, and we were. Once the counter came in, he had his trades descend upon our house – contractor, electrician, plumber – all together on the same day to make sure everything was coordinated and tied up on schedule. He takes the time to provide really detailed estimates – so much so that there was never any surprise along the way. In terms of his team, they’re the best in the business. Our existing porcelain floor was ripped up and replaced – and the installation of that floor was led by Carlos who asked us questions about things we didn’t know existed. More importantly, even though we expanded the project along the way, he made sure we were eating home cooked meals in just six weeks. We’ll definitely use Babylon Bay Construction again."

"Unbelievable !!! Replaced front porch with trex composite boards and recommended stone veneer for decorative panels to replace old looking wood sections. Need to see pictures below. Recommended by another contractor and clearly saw why. Hands on, did all the work himself with his staff. Never left them alone. Endless compliments from family and people walking by. Plus, replaced old stoop in the back with bricks and matched railings to the front. Highly recommend for service, price and quality. Great price, it was a big project for my wife and I. We had other contractors bid and Frank was 25-35% cheaper. They all begged me to rebid after I made my decision but had no interest. Did price matter ? Yes, but after sitting and planning the work I knew we had our guy."
