Very happy with the work. We had a minor follow-jp appointment where we had a small section of the grout that was coming loose. They came out promptly and did the repair. "I had hired the company to clean two light colored carpets and one set of steps.  As it turned out, one of the carpets was actually a wool rug, and Shawn explained that the hot wet-cleaning process he uses could potentially damage the wool rug.  He does wool rugs at his plant from April to October using a different process.
It was hugely helpful to me that Shawn explained the construction of my "berber" carpet and that once the fibers are tamped down, they remain tamped down. Despite the constructure of the carpet, Shawn did a great job in the cleaning.
After cleaning the carpet, instead of the third area, Shawn cleaned a large navy blue sofa.  Cleaning such a sofa costs $99 alone, but he did not charge anything extra.  He did a great job on the sofa even cleaning the four throw pillows sitting on the sofa.
I have lived in multiple homes over the years and have had my carpets and furniture cleaned frequently.  No one has been so thorough in explaining the process before or taking the time to clean so completely.  I really appreciated the time Shawn spent to clarify the material of the rug and realistic expectations of cleaning.

"The actual carpet cleaning went well. I am big on honesty and integrity. I see on the website that the charge for 3 rooms, 600 square feet is $120 and that there is a deal for $105. This was my first time and Ed's quoted me $140 for two rooms and a hallway, 500 square feet. Then when I looked at my credit card, I had a charge for $167.20. I alerted Ed who said it was a typo and that he would immediately cancel and recharge $140. The original charge posted so I reached about again. He said he would send me a Venmo for $20 and that apparently there is now a credit card fee. I am still waiting."
