A true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable technician, Tomasz was able to get our washer functioning again but also provided us a genuine assessment that we should start to think about replacing it due to age and progressive repairs that he sees coming. "I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."

"It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!

"Excellent service. I arranged for the technician to come examine my dryer. He came the next day at the appointed time, examined my dryer, told me the problem and gave me the exact price of the repairs (labor and parts). Two days later, he arrived on time, was professional and very polite (as he was on the day he gave the estimate). It was also refreshing to not hear "oh, by the way you also needed a..." . The repairs extended the life of a very old and reliable dryer. From now one, I will use this company for all of my appliance repairs and recommend them to my neighbors and friends."

"We rented out our townhouse for 5 years & just a few months ago occupied it after the lease expired. After doing research to find companies that advertised for duct & Dryer cleaning we saw Dean's Services spotlighted in Angie's list. It was scheduled for 7/29 between 11:00 & 1 pm. The technician Ben arrived early. He was very thorough, meticulous, neat & clean. He showed us what he needed to do and what he found. He cleaned the back of the dryer & wiped the dirt on the floor that the vacuum could not remove due to several years of accumulation. Initially we just wanted duct & dyer vent cleaning. After seeing that the vent hose was crushed & leaking we decided to replace it . We had used another company years ago to do similar service & they could not compare with the outstanding job that was done by Ben. There are many that advertise for the same service but if you want exemplary results &service, our experience speaks for itself with this company. We are pleased with the quality of work Ben did.

"This company is extremely honest, hard working, and reasonable in price. I contaced Millenium Remodeling because I had a leaky shower that was leaking into the kitchen ceiling causing water damage. I also wanted to get a couple of other home improvement projects done around the house as well. I had contaced a couple of other contractors to get an estimate about the leaky shower and everyone had told me that I would have to rip out the entire shower and replace it because they would not know where the source of the leak was coming from. Also, everyone told me that I would have to call a handy man to get all the other projects done. I was confused because the other contractors advertised  that no project is too small. So, when Darin from Millenium arrived to my house and looked at my shower and said that it was a simpe fix and I did not have to tear out my entire shower, I was pleased. I was even more pleased that they said they could also do the other projects. Mike and Dan who were the main people who worked on my home, were awesome!  They were respectful of my home and always left my home clean with little or no mess at all everyday. The two would engage in my 10 month daughter and she loved it. The leaky shower gave Mike and his team a run for the money. The shower continued to leaky, after stripping all the caulk, removing the shower doors, cleaning the entire shower, and re-caulking. Mike spent many days figuring out where the source of the leak was coming from, but he never gave up, which is something that I like when hiring people. Mike finally figured the source of the leak in the shower and it has never leaked since then. The other thing that I really loved about this company was that they would ask to come in on saturdays or days that they were not scheduled to come to finish up a project, so that I would not have a missing bedroom door or not having outlet covers on my tile backsplash that is waiting for the mastic to dry. I would definitely use this company in the future for any additional home improvement projects that I may have.

"Joe is amazing. I've used JYJR contracting on multiple occasions, over the course of several years, and have never had a negative experience. The biggest job they have done at our home was a complete bathroom remodel. Joe worked with us to chose materials that we wanted but that would also fit within our budget. They showed up when they said they would and stayed until the job was done. The first thing that they did was cover all of our hardwood floors, (even in areas where they were not directly working), we found this indicative of the overall way that all employees of JYJR treated our home with the utmost care and respect.
