"We wanted to completely remodel our master bath, tearing out the fiberglass shower stall and the closet around the toilet, replacing the fiberglass corner jetted tub with a soaking tub, and replacing the vanity and toilet. We hired BathPro because they had a well built display using Onyx solid surface shower walls and Bertch cabinets at the Washington County Home Show. We can't say enough about Jeff, Regis, Joe, and the other crew members who did the work on our bathroom. They tore out walls, fixtures, and the ceramic tile floor; put down a floor heating system and new tile over it; installed the Onyx shower stall, barn door style shower door, new vanity and mirrors, vintage cast iron tub we purchased, and new toilet. They finished the reconfigured walls and painted the walls and woodwork, and installed new baseboard, vanity lights, ceiling light, and fan/light combo in the shower. The plumbing and electrical changes were all done very nicely. The work crew was very polite and considerate, put down cloths to minimize bringing in dirt, and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We are extremely happy with the quality of the materials and the work that was done. There is so much more space in our bathroom that we are going to have BathPro install a Bertch linen closet also."

The project was to remove and install a new more disabled friendly set up.. This was for my elderly disabled mother. The bathroom turned out AMAZING !!!!!!! ... truly what a transformation. They not only did a professional, job, they were so polite and went out of their way to clean their work area. They took precautions to ensure no dust or debris few into the other rooms as project progressed. I am extremely pleased in their work , professionalism & how very polite and courteous they were to my elderly disabled mother. They also added grab bars in the shower and around the toilet area. A handicap bench was also installed into the shower.. I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone. We were so very lucky to have come across such a wonderful, professional company with such kindness . The new shower unit is much safer and under friendly for my disabled elderly mother."

"Paul and his carpenter Justin remodeled our bathroom and when he was working on a referral of our neighbor next-door, I asked him if he would be interested in replacing our deck with composite extending it and a new railing. I was so pleased with the bathroom I knew that we would be happy with the quality of the work, Paul and Justin brought samples to me and researched what type of railing they would like to use with the composite trek decking. Once I selected the color of the flooring the weather was mild in November 2023 and they completed the job in seven working days which involved tearing off my old decking and extending the original length and applying the new trek decking and railing. We are completely thrilled with the result I would highly recommend this company for any home improvement job that you need completed. Their pricing is very fair. They are the most professional, and skilled workers that I have ever worked with, as I am retired and familiar with many contractors."

"We had to wait a bit for the project to start because he had jobs before ours, but it was worth the wait. Dion kept in contact and was always willing to discuss the project and my wishes for the project. I sent him pictures of what I liked and he was able to give me feedback. He even suggested a shower door that was cheaper than the one I originally liked and it ended up being a much better door as well! While he was here working on the project, he was focused and cleaned up each day. He treated our home as if it were his home and he took great care and paid attention to detail when completing our shower. We are very pleased with the outcome of the shower and the medicine cabinet!"
