They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Artistic Construction (AC) completed two relatively small bathroom remodels. In one bathroom, the shower door was replaced with a frameless Euro-Style glass door. The shower door opening was not perfectly square, but AC was able to get the right custom measurements so that the door would fit. The door looks great! In another bathroom, AC replaced a shallow bath tub with a deeper soaking tub. They were able to match the existing ceramic tile and replaced all the plumbing and electrical fixtures. The bathroom looks brand new!"

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"Our basement looks amazing and this is in large part to Mike and Dave's work. Mike was professional, courteous, always on time, and super clean. His work looks amazing and we are so happy with the result. He did the crown moulding around the ceiling and trim around the doors and floor, built us a bar-like area, opened a wall and completed a railing for our stairs, and did all of our tile work (shower walls and floor as well as bar area). In addition, he constructed built-in shelves in a giant closet that exceeded our expectations. We will refer him to anyone that is looking for carpentry or even tile work! So happy we found him!"
