I had a gas leak last week in the heart of the coldest weather in ten years: PSE&G just shut off the gas and left; and Alex was the only plumber who responded, to my urgent calls for help as the house cooled down. He was reassuring, came that day to take a look, arrived punctually with a helper the next day, and did a 3-hour repair (it involved work outside and in a crawl space) quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He cleaned up thoroughly, and left me with heat back on and hot water restored. PSE&G came the next day to remove the red tag and approve his work. All this for a third of the price the big companies wanted to charge me! "We had a new washing machine installed by Home Depot and when we started our first load the entire full washing machine of water flooded down thru the floors to the kitchen. We called PipeWorks for an emergency visit because we thought a pipe burst. Mario from PipeWorks came and found that Home Depot did not attach the water drain pipe securely on the back of the washing machine – it had popped off the back. So $404 later Mario saved the day. He spent alot of time testing the machine at different cycles to make sure there were no more leaks. I would highly recommend PipeWorks & Mario for any regular or emergency plumbing project. But shame on Home Depot for their shoddy installation."

"Mike was the I my local plumber to answer my call for help. Although my job was not a large job, it was critical for me to get done during my remodel so that I could continue with my project. Mike kept his promise, arrived at the time he said he would and got the job done. Mike is awesome and actually told me to call him if I had any questions about tackling any of the other plumbing in my bath remodel or if I wanted him to come back to install anything else. They also replaced all the drywall that was damaged and made it look like nothing ever happened for a very reasonable price. "Steve, who did the actual work on my apartment, was great! He gets 5 stars!!! I would recommend him to anyone. But the fact that it cost $250 for 30 min of work is ludicrous! I have had plumbing work done in my condo before that was more extensive work and it was never this overpriced. My recommendation to other people is for the work, not the price."

"KSP Plumbing went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Kyle more highly. The developer installed our roman tub in a manner that now years later when the faucet and handles needed replacement there was no easy access. KSP had to literally cut through the tile to have access for replacing the faucet. The work was so expertly handled you can't even notice where they cut and then replaced the tile. This saved having to get a mason or carpenter. KSP's work was above and beyond excellent and at a fair price point. Five star."

First I talked to his secretary (very nice AND helpful .) I asked a bunch of  questions

 , ALL answered. I  asked for a phone call when the plumber was on the way. As this is a home I am an executor for. Not only did I receive a call , but he was there a couple of minutes EARLIER than said. After a short while , the problem was quickly identified ; but being older set of faucets ,he needed to go get the parts. The deal I purchased was for 2 hrs plumbing for $99.Well rush hour is nuts around here , and places like home depot did not have the part. It took a little time to get the part. It took a little longer than the 2 hours of the deal I bought, but not charged any extra. ALSO , I was showed the receipt for the parts , and he added that price with NO mark up. BOTTOM line was I happy...no... was elated AND amazed.   I WILL  be using him / them again on my home

"After fruitless attempts to even get a plumber to return our calls, we found Easy Flow through Angie's List. Mr. Robert Magliulo responded the same day! He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem.
