Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"Everything went great. My water heater broke on Friday night. I put out a few messages for plumbers on Angie's List, and Shimon got back to me right away. I heard back from some other plumbers as well, but Shimon was able to do it the soonest and at the best price. Couldn't ask for more. He arrived at 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning and replaced the water heater, hauling the old one away. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend! Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."
