"My experience with Carl Zatsick has been nothing but positive. Communication is key with any project, and not every project goes smooth. Overall the process was very smooth from initial walk though and estimate to the final building inspection. We had some minor bumps but Carl's kept me in the process and relayed over any issues or concerns. Carl and his son were professional while on site, and kept the area clean after each day. In the end we got the deck we wanted and couldn't be happier. Before getting estimates, I pre-filtered the companies I wanted to deal with, based off of reviews and craftsmanship. When getting estimates for this project, Carl supplied me a with materials vs labor cost so i knew exactly where my money was going. I didn't get that with other estimates from the other companies, just a total cost. His estimate also came in a little lower than most of the other estimates, not by much, but enough to swing my decision."

"From the quote to project finish the job was professionally done. Tim's quote was well thought out and the break down was complete. We knew what Tim was going to do and the cost to do it. This was important when changes to the project were (as they often are) required. The major change to the project was the removal of a second load bearing wall that was not in the original contract. This was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. <br /> Tim's crew showed up when they promised and were always polite and respectful of our house. The area was blocked off with plastic to keep the dust from going into the rest of the house. The crew cleaned up at the end of every day. The house and garage (where material was stored) was as clean as could be expected considering the amount of construction taking place. The job was done by the date promised even though we made several changes to the scope of work. <br /> I will definitely hire July's construction when I need more remodeling. <br />"

"It went great!  Pro Built removed the rotted fascia boards in the back and replaced the boards across the front as well.  Once the boards were replaced the gutters were hung.  Everything looks great, especially the gutters!  I highly recommend them. <br />"

"We have used them many times over the years for restoration and remodel. They are GREAT! It eased our minds that they were available when our septic backed up, because we knew they would handle it well, and we wouldn't have to worry. We were out of town when the incident first happened, and they were able to come right over and get things started, so we had less stress. Don did the floor and trim work in the basement; we have an odd-shaped room... the corners are perfect! He also took the extra time to line up the flooring to create barrier-free entrances. He also did a beautiful job on resurfacing the bar. The carpet guy was efficient and very polite. The carpet on the stairs is beautiful and comfy on our feet; nice padding. Caleb Hubble oversaw the projects and was there to answer all of our questions, and worked well with our insurance company. Thank you, Hubble Construction!"
