"Review of this man's business practices: this review is mine from his Mayhem Bat removal service. If you are local, know how this man conducts his businesses in your community before you give him money. I'd give negative stars if allowed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS. They will take your money and disappear. The owner Jordan will lie repeatedly to your face, in your home. We have a HALF done contract - that they've been paid in full - that they refuse to arrange to finish. Don't even give these thieves a call. I can't wait to sue thrm for my money back. I wouldn't piss on this guy if he was on fire. Run. Pay 10x more elsewhere. These guys will take your money, go hunting and use your money to pay for his RV spot in Lapeer. Wish my wife had NEVER called these pos. Edit: I have the contract and canceled check as reciepts for my claims. Bancroft Resident"

"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."
