Bree was helpful and professional. The workers were quick, friendly and easy to talk to. They made sure to clean up at the end of each day and check in with me to be sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. Our son has special needs, and this bathroom remodel was to ensure he could become more independent in a safe environment. Alex made sure we added all of the needed safety features to ensure our sons safety was top priority. Our son is now able to shower on his own and he actually wants to get ready for bed! Before Living Baths, we had several quotes and sat down with other companies. Living Baths was the only company that we did not feel pressured to make a decision. These guys removed my old tub and tiles, added framing, insulation, and mold resistant drywall, with all new plumbing fixtures, and had the job done in two days. The end result is exactly what I expected. There were no flaws and no leaks, the trim was precise and the shower came out absolutely perfect. when the job was finished, the crew cleaned up to the point where you wouldn’t even notice they were here. Firstly, I was overcharged for the installation. Despite the high cost of 15k, I decided to proceed with the hope that I would receive a high-quality product and service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering Long Home Products for their home improvement needs to think twice. The combination of poor workmanship, overcharging, and lack of customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review helps others avoid the same negative experience."
