"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"When your repair isn't easy call Easy Appliance repair. Mike has been to my house twice in the past for different appliances has always done an excellent job. Recently because I watched a YouTube video I took apart my Whirlpool oven door but couldn't figure out how to put it together. I called Mike, and we set a time and he was early which is good because it took nearly 2 hours to put the door back together because the YouTube video was wrong. I was extremely happy that I won't have to buy a new electric oven. I find Mike to be reasonably priced, on time, communicates well with you and is extremely smart in diagnosing what's the problem is as well as repairing the problem. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Dustin was extremely knowledgeable. He counselled me on the best repair/replacement solutions for my older microwave, fridge and stove. I would highly recommend him."

"He was excellent and checked all ways the oven could be malfunctioning. He found the problem and was honest and told me it would be less expensive to replace it. I would hire him again."

"this man is amazing, he loves his work and takes pride in what he does. first time I met him was to fix some kitchen/garbage disposal issues, we lost our home in a fire 8/25/15. we chose not to rebuild and our new place needed repairs. he always responds to a phone call, if not immediately, my experience in using him multiple times within an hour he will call you back. you know he is honest, you know his price is fair and he is a very trustworthy person. thank you mr doug for everything!! the hurd family loves you"
