Ran the line to the refrigerator ice maker and in door water. Gave us a referral to a contractor that cur holes in kitchen sink and laundry room sink to install soap dispensers. "We had previously used Darrell & his crew for kitchen remodel and complete painting of interior of house. We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work performed. Based on our previous experience we contacted Darrell again for the remodeling of the master bathroom. They offered excellent ideas as to improvements, and did an excellent job. They replaced the vanity top with granite, installed new cabinets, removed the old tub & shower, and installed a new complete walk in shower, replaced window, and installed new tiled floor. Started on date as promised, took longer than expected, but did have people here everyday, but took longer for custom glass shower enclosure than expected. Would recommend Darrell and his crew to anyone who wants a great quality job.

"We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."

I think their price was good but the other company I used offered a better solution. They did a good job of presenting the bid; their estimator got back to me and sent emailed pictures of what they suggested. I had requested referrals and he did all that. He responded to me well and was punctual."
