He came into our home and introduced his associate AJ. Again, he explained what he would do. He first looked at repair rather than replace. He wanted to save us money. Unfortunately, our water heater was beyond repair. He called several vendors to find a water heater in stock. He found one. He and AJ got the heater and began installation. It went without a hitch. We had a new water heater within about 3 hours of his initial assessment. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and AJ. They were professional and personable. The price was very fair for the work performed. Should/when the need arises, we will certainly call Stonie Creek again."
