"Prospect Hardwood Flooring just completed installing 3/4 inch Oak wood floors at my house. The crew had to move heavy furniture, remove the rugs and padding, and remove tack strips. They carefully listened for areas where the subfloor squeaked when stepped on, then screwed those areas to stop the floor from squeaking. The installation from start to finish was flawless from my perspective. All joints are tight. Of particular note is the cove molding. The Miter joints are perfect, and I can't tell where the nails were placed. Cleanup was immaculate too. I've seen the negative reviews here, and I respect the opinions of the people who posted them. Clearly something happened when their jobs were done. When Mike came to my house to give me an estimate, I grilled him on those negative posts. I wanted to hear what he had to say. As one would imagine, there are always two sides to every story. If you are considering hardwood floors, you really need to get an estimate from Mike, and discuss any concerns you have. I'm so glad I did. The floors look amazing."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. "Larry did what he said he would do at the price he said, and was a pleasure to work with . We will use him again. His repair work replacing instead of just cutting or plugging pieces is true craftsmanship. He took a little longer to do the job right ,stood by his price, and it all shows in the results. I would not go to anyone except Larry Morris for wood floors. As a separate project after,he put new hardwood in the kitchen and did a great job there as well.

"We had a particularly difficult job as the floors were very old and peeling, with additional damage from dogs.  All the flooring in the kitchen and living room had to be torn up and replaced.  There was some difficulty in ordering materials which we believe was due to the vendor not the owner of the floor company, but the owners were able to provide substitute wood which we ended up liking more than the original choice.  The crew of three were all cheerful workers who spent four days ripping out the wood and carefully replacing the new wood.
While the owners (Javier and Marielis) did not come and look at the progress of the job while it was going on, we felt they had enough confidence in their workers that they probably did not need to come over.   And indeed the foreman of the crew was scrupulous about taking care of details which we mentioned as the work was being done.  Several minor difficulties came up due to the age of the original floor but the crew took care of them.
We were very pleased at the final look of our house which now looks refreshed and up to date.  We would recommend Madera to anyone seeking a quality job completed in a reasonable time frame.
