He had everything he needed to complete job and showed me how to use everything thoroughly. He took all trash and old units with him and cleaned up after job was complete. "Called for repair my Genie's garage door opener that could not close. They came by quick and determined that circuit board was gone bad and need to be replaced by a new opener. A new LiftMaster opener is replaced very quick and clean. All functions on the new system are better except only came with one remote control. I wish I could be told beforehand for anything less convenient (or has to pay extra to get back) comparing with old one.
