"9 hours- twice as long as expected. The old tank was impacted with over a foot of silt so they had to siphon the water out the top (not their fault). That alone put them behind by 2 hours. Then they had trouble getting the new up-to-code flu installed (their fault). Long story short, we went through American Home Shield to have our water heater repaired and they contracted out to Ninja's Consulting. From day one Jessica provided excellent customer service and communication. Robert set us up with a temporary fix while we waited on a new water heater unit. During this time our A/C blower motor went out. The vendor that AHS contracted out to was holding us hostage on the repair due to non-payment from AHS, when mentioning this in passing to Jessica she immediately jumped on the job and offered to have her guys fix it for us. After a month with no A/C we finally told AHS to shove it and paid out of pocket to have Ninja's Consulting fix our A/C. Where the other vendor wouldn't do it, Jessica was on the job as soon as we said we were ready and Ninja's got it fixed within 48 hours right before a gnarly heat wave."
