They quoted me the price for the replacement, and I chose the washer only fix. They didn’t charge me for that, since they couldn’t guarantee it would stay fixed permanently. They did some troubleshooting about the flow volume problem, and determined that there is an obstruction in the line between our water meter and our house, probably thanks to a previous owner’s overconfidence in his own DIY skills. I asked them to quote a price to fix it, and they said the best thing to do would be to run a new line from the meter to the house and completely bypass the old one. I have complete confidence that they would have gotten it fixed, but it was expensive and we’re expecting a kiddo any day now, so I decided to postpone that expense. I’d already paid for the service call through Angie’s List, so when they finished, they shook my hand and said thanks for your business, good luck with the baby, and call us again. I definitely will, if I ever need a plumber."

"The repair was done within three days and the technician was great. However, a portion of my sidewalk had to be removed. The technician said that someone would be back to haul off the concrete, as he was not in a truck. I called the next week and was told that they had 28 emergencies, which I understood, as ours had been an emergency, also. Nearly four months late, and having called and emailed several times, my husband finally got a trailer and hauled it off himself so that we could get the sidewalk repaired. He is nearly 70 and had been in the hospital, so I was not wanting him to do that at this time. In addition, we had them come to our business to repair a toilet and urinal.
