Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. "I purchased the $149 deal for 6 hours of work. I received an email about a week or so later asking when I wanted the work to be done but I was on vacation. I replied when I returned and waited for a response. After about a week I called and left a voicemail. I received a return call and set up a date. On the scheduled date I received a call that the worker had not showed up so I rescheduled for later date based on my availability. The worker showed up on the scheduled date and did a fantastic job. I provide lawn and leaf bags and gloves, but he actually brought his own leaf blower. He bagged all of the leaves and pulled all of the weeds around our shed, which included old raspberry bushed with thorns. Scheduling could have been a little better but in the end we were very happy with the work for the price we paid."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"He installed the fixture backwards then corrected the important part. He did not take a credit card but charged me tax on my check. He tried to take the old faucet with him but I refused as it was much more expensive than the new one. He took the parts of the new faucet that were not needed for this installation even though I would have liked to have kept them for the future."

Hi! The cost to refinish a standard 5ft tub in white or off white, would be $399. This assumes that the tub is not a jetted tub has not been done before (if it has, it will need to be stripped, add $100); and that the tub is in good shape structurally (no leaks, major cracks, or drainage issues). If this is a clawfoot tub, the above would apply to the inside only. To include the tub surround or if this is a 1pc fiberglass enclosure unit, add $250. If the work is different (sinks, counters, tile work etc.) we will need details and pictures, if you can. We'll get you a quote quickly.

Our tubs come with a 5 year warranty, the job can take up to 4-5 hours to do, and cures in 16 hours to use.
