"I was pleased by the knowledge of the professional and service was delivered timely with excellent results"

"I have an old house in the Woodlawn section of the Bronx, built in 1910. I’ve had at least 3 electricians work on it, but I’ve used only Ken exclusively since I first contacted him in February 2019. Since then he’s done some simple things like replace old power outlets and light fixtures, but also some more complicated projects like installing a 220 power outlet for a stove in our basement. Most recently he installed an electric car charger in my garage, definitely a non-trivial project, especially given how old our house is. Ken is very professional, dependable, and extremely competent. His prices are reasonable and I trust his instincts, especially regarding safety which is critical for an electrician. He provides valuable suggestions at the start of a project which often save me money. He’s also a great guy and a joy to work with. I hope he never retires."

"I have no problem with the quality of the work performed or the professionalism of the technician. He was very efficient and polite and did the work quickly. I'm very happy with the results of the work. The new light switch works great. My issue is with punctuality and responsiveness. My appointment window was for 12-4 pm, and the technician didn't show up until after 5. I did not receive a phone call, text or email to inform me that he would be late. I called the office to inquire and was told that someone would get back to me. Nobody called back. It would have been nice to know what was going on. I had no idea what was going on until my bell rang at a little after 5 and the technician arrived. I would have appreciated an explanation or an apology, but I received neither. For that reason, I can't give an A rating across the board. Based strictly on the quality of the work, I would hire again, but I was not happy with the other aspects."

"Very professional. Was able to locate my wiring problem and make the necessary repairs all within a minimum amount of time, thus saving me money. I highly recommend this contractor for any electrical projects."

"Fast response, fair price, and quick, thorough professional work. Semir is conscientious and straightforward. We will certainly hire them again, and we recommend him as well."

"Matthew was hired to install a ceiling fan and a pendant light. He did an excellent job and was very thorough and detail oriented. He’s very knowledgeable and we’ll be hiring him again for other electrical projects we have coming up"

"Great experience working with this electrical contractor. They were punctual, professional, and completed the job quickly with excellent attention to detail. The pricing was fair and the communication throughout the project was clear. Highly recommend!"

"Very professional and reasonably priced. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Neat and clean. Would definitely recommend them and use them again."

"Jose Brieen handled my broken closet light beautifully & upgraded the light to turn on & off automatically. His company is named M&B electrical."
