I should get a refund for such poor work I text them to come back to fix the job & a girl called me back told me I had the wrong number There number is 1 929 800 0010 it is the right number for the company listing for D & R Pro service I paid the service man $400.00(way overcharge for such a small job"

"Jader Costa and his assistant came to remove carpeting from my living room and dining room which was over 30 years old. They very efficiently removed the carpet wrapped it up brought it to the curb and removed all hardware dust dirt and remnants of the carpet. It was beautifully done. They were very neat and clean and professional, and I will definitely hire them going forward for my future floor needs!"

"Kenny Milner did a beautiful job of carefully removing broken ceramic tiles without damage to surrounding tiles. He filled in spaces under surrounding tiles where the slip had been carelessly spread. The carelessness was the reason the corners of the ceramic tiles were so fragile. He moved grout from all the tiles, replaced it. His work was fast, professional, neat. I will recommend him to all my friends and contractors I might know. He responded much more quickly than other companies to requests for estimates and insurance. He arrived at all appointments on time. We were desperate to get the job done, so I paid him more than his usual fees. But it was worth it."

"Poor experience and would recommend you go with a more professional company. A few minor issues that leads to a bad experience. 1) Cash/check only company. Not a huge deal, but definitely a negative. 2) They left everything covered when complete and don't return the next day to clean up/remove the garbage. (See pictures) 3) They removed the shower doors and don't put them back on. (See pictures). They refuse to send anyone back to put the doors back on because they "aren't trained to do that". If that's the case then why did they remove the doors in the 1st place? Communicate with your customer before you do something like that, not after? In my opinion, the job was only half done. Sub-par business with sub-par management."
