"It went SO MUCH BETTER than expected!! Again, I will say I'm very picky, borderline anal, when it comes to projects on the house. Mr. Ozzy did not disappoint. His most outstanding quality, besides his expert workmanship, is his timeliness and communication. When I decided to use Ozzy Construction (interviewed 3 contractors) it was his straight forwardness and humility that influenced my decision. I was not wrong... he gave me an estimate of 12 weeks to do the work and held true to the schedule even with some unexpected surprises (old house). I absolutely love the results; His design suggestions and his willingness to work with me turned out some excellent results. He and his crew arrived everyday on time and cleaned up at the end of each day; he was always there to supervise all work at the beginning of each work day. All the while they kept the job going even when there had to be changes or I added a change. He would always let me know why something would or would not work and site the reasons why. I have to say again how much I appreciated his honesty and regular communication. Ozzy Construction does not try to juggle 10 different jobs and make excuses why they're falling behind like so many other contractors. When he's working for you; he's working for you!! His specialty subs were equally professional, especially his electrician, Chris. I've been hiring contractors for more than 30 years and this has been, hands down, the most professional experience! I've since hired Mr. Ozzy for work on 2 other jobs and intend to use him again. When I need to do a construction job, he will be my first choice!!"
