"The plumber contacted me right away and he was at my place with 1 hour. The water heater had to be repaired or replaced; He described the options I had and I opted to replace it. The estimate was very competitive and lower than other estimates I had received. Great customer service! Very efficient and very very honest (which is very hard to find now days). "The upgrade of a new water heater and the removal of the old water heater seem like it was a good job. However, the plumber did too much haggling for more money. I checked the price of this job ahead of time as I always do with any work that needs to be done at my home. Parts and labor, I always need to know up front. I do not like it when any workers come off as greedy and try to insult my intelligence. I hope the work of this young man lasts. However, I would have been able to give him 5 stars, if he had chosen to fully conduct himself as a professional in the end. This plumber was paid $1700. The price I paid was completely within the range of what it cost for parts and labor to upgrade an old water heater, with a new water heater. I wish his well..."
