"A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. "Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again."

".From the first call they made me feel comfortable. The salesman Doug set a date and keep it.  Doug came out looked at my basement, give me two choices told me about each in detailed. Gave me my free estimate and no pressure thanked me for having him in my home and to let him know what I thought.  Four days later another company called the day before our meeting and said he could give me estimate over the phone if I could describle what was happening. His bid was $9000.00 with out seeing the job.  Americrawl bid was $1500 and $1206. I went with the $1500and a appointment was set. In the meantime My husband and I had to take down some removable walls in doing so we found that years ago the system the were going to do was already done to a point. I called Doug and told him that I thought maybe the job won't be as big as first thought. Doug had me send him pictures of the area. Turn out was right , but the appointment was keep and instead of 30' of pipe they only had to do 10'. The three men that came covered the area the floor all the way to door, and cleaned up you would have not known they were even here. I ever had anthing leak again I will call Americrawl. Also my bill will be adjusted do to the difference in pipe. They didn't even say anything about the bill I had to ask. <br />"

"From beginning to the end the project went smoothly. Will have them remodel my master bathroom. The install went fine and finished before expected. I had a follow issue with a pipe a few days after the remodel. The contractor was great and helped me out greatly. The guy I talked to on the phone was a d*** tho. I wasn’t fighting having to pay but he was getting loud about it. Trying to convince me to pay and I had to stop him or he would of kept going. If that was my first interactions with this company I would of not had the work done."

Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
