"Matt, Neil & the team are fantastic! I took over my aunt's home when she moved to senior living. Being 40 minutes away, I couldn't keep up with her lawn. "They came out and gave us a quote. They didn't have a formal contract just something Jose wrote up. We agreed to the quote but after reviewing it we felt we couldn't go through with the project. We contacted Jose the next day to advise him we would not be able to go through with the work and he said he would HOLD the 1000.00 check we have given him. The following week I went into tour bank account the stop payment on the check and found that Jose had cashed it two days after he said he would hold it. I am very glad we decided not to work with him as I am not sure I would trust him to do the work."

We are a small family owned business with 6 employees, we do sub-contracting, free estimates, we bill regular weekly customers once a month, we bill one time jobs as follows 30% up front and the rest upon completion, we accept cash, credit card, and check. We are running a special right now if a customer signs up for weekly grass cutting service for the season recieve free yard fertilizing for the season
