"This was a fairly small job I needed done to put my house on the market. I was blown off by numerous contractors who either tried to sell me an under $200 job for $1200 or just flat out said they weren't interested. But not Roman. Not only was he pleasant, friendly and professional ,but after he completed the soffit repairs, he suggested he had a product and it was revitalize my shutters and make them look nice. I loved the idea and his price was super reasonable and I went ahead with it on the spot. He got it done quickly and the shutters looked so much better and helped boost that curb appeal every seller wants. He was honest, had integrity and was super nice. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Guys like him are hard to find! Great job!"
