"Bob was great.  He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.  I bought sensors that were compatible with the garage door opener but it would have required changing the brackets.  He was able to bring the same sensor model I was using, eliminating the need for new brackets.  He looked over the door and lubricated the wheels.  Talked with me about annual maintenance, which I knew nothing about.  He was very helpful and answered a number of other questions I had about the opener and door. I definitely would use his company again.

"When he arrived he took pictures of door as I have 3 and asked me what I wanted done! After I stated what to do Sheldon began right away and aligned the door , centered it and proceeded to make adjustments along with changing all cables on door -then ran door up/down seeing that it worked roughly around 1.5 hrs to get it all done! Sheldon was an EXCELLENT worker along with his Technical Knowledge of the job seemed SUPERIOR with a personality that shows his love for his job thus he should be acknowledged for being someone who makes his company look superior!! "I originally gave Barnett's an A but now as I went back in to install the wall sconces and outlet covers, (we had the carpet cleaned so this is the first time this could be done) I noticed that most of the corners were missed and one wall has to be completely repainted so many spots were missed. The room is dark with dark colors but they knew that from the start and that was discussed. My wife and I will repaint all of the trim (brush strokes) and the south wall. Hopefully it will match (flat burgundy) so we do not have to repaint the entire room. Really disappointed. Picture of wall is just a sample - there are many spots like this."

"Two installers arrived on time and were very courteous. Removal of old counter tops and plumbing fixtures went well. Problems came when it was time to install new fixtures. Although one man arrived in what appeared to be a stocked truck, twice they did not have the necessary parts to complete the job, and had to go to the nearest Home Depot store to purchase them. One installer had to leave early, thus leaving the other to finish the job alone. A particular part could not be found at the Home Depot (second trip), so installer had to "make do" with something else he purchased. It worked, but it wasn't what he really wanted to use (I don't know if in the long run that is good or bad). All in all, the work went well and the completed job was acceptable. Took much longer than expected (of course, one man working alone and the trips to the Home Depot added unexpected time to the task). In the end, I was charged extra for additional work I suppose they hadn't expect to perform (replacement of old, faulty valves, water line, etc. - which was one of the reasons they had to run to Home Depot because they didn't have the right valves in their truck). When job was done, installer had to call office for advice on what to charge me. His boss told him to add about $150 to the estimate on top of price of his purchases. Hence, my $650 estimate ended up being a $830 payment."
