He explained each step of the repair process, discussed the options/results and offered new product suggestions. He researched all the switches to ensure each worked, replaced lighting in the living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, outside lighting and bedroom outlets. He attention to detail and pride in his work clearly showed. This may not be the cheapest option, but the quality of work and level of customer experience out weighed the cost.
