Shirley was also very polite and pleasant! Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue. He explained his plan for repair of the issue and gave us the amount it would cost, which was very reasonable. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. It was due to the age and the cost of parts would be far greater then a brand new toilet. Well...we thought we knew better. We invited another company and they told us they could fix it for way more then RPX with no mention of a replacement toilet. By end of he week Rooter Pro Xpress was at our house with a new toilet ready for installation. Best decision ever."
