With a view toward environmentally friendly and economic solutions, I was leaning toward a tankless water heater. Adam was very prompt with a quote and asked many questions about my family’s needs and home configuration to help me decide whether tankless was an appropriate application for my situation. Adam and Brandon are personable, professional, efficient, and the results are impressive. Not only are they doing the conventional plumbing, they are called upon to wire and put in new circuits, they even decommissioned the tank side of my solar thermal system. The tank was taken to be recycled despite it being so heavy. It was quite a feat! Now I have a compact, wall- mounted tankless water heater that doesn’t take up floor space, hot water on demand. "Very professional and prompt service. They had been "nursing" my system for the last few years until it finally gave out. On thing to note ..... as time goes on, the cost of a new system gets more expensive. When they 1st work on my system, a new one was approximately 5K, then 4 years later, a comparable one was just over 7K. However, the system I had installed was eligible for a $400 rebate from PECO, so at least I recouped a little bit along with MUCH less expensive bills afterward. All in all, I would use them again for sure.

"The Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) that installed my products were Ryan and Anthony. I was very happy with the products and services provided to me. Here are things I want to express in no particular order. 1. Ryan/Anthony were on time. 2. They answered all of my questions. 3. I feel good knowing that my water hardness has decreased and the amount of chlorine in my water is less. (Artesian adds a lot of chlorine.) 4. I now get suds when I shampoo my hair. 5.
