He had everything he needed to complete job and showed me how to use everything thoroughly. He took all trash and old units with him and cleaned up after job was complete. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean.
