"Wes and his team saved us from a terrible situation! We recently had our bathroom completely redone by a contractor who we didn't really know, and the work wasn't done well. We called in Wes, having worked with him several years ago to tile our kitchen, and he came by to take a look. Thank goodness he did! After his initial assessment, he knew right away that our "new" shower was likely leaking, and that there were multiple issues with both the tile and the structure of the shower itself. Wes coached us through buying the materials that we would need, and drew up a contract to get going on the project as soon as possible. After demolition, the problems really became apparent! All kinds of leaks, CUT FLOOR JOISTS, and other incredibly sketchy shortcuts from the original contractor. Wes walked us through the best strategy to fix everything and his team worked diligently to correct all of the issues and tile the shower beautifully. He has been professional and courteous in all of our dealings with him, he shows up on time when he says he will, answers all of our questions truthfully and in depth, and he cleaned up after himself at the end of every day and at the end of the job, which is always a huge bonus!
